根據PCA今日發布的仲裁結果指出，關於中國大陸「九段線」在國際法之下沒有效力：there was no legal basis for China to claim historic rights to resources, in excess of the rights provided for by the Convention, within the sea areas falling within the ‘nine-dash line’.
